Solder Wave Masking Tapes are made from crepe paper with rubber adhesive that can be removed cleanly without leaving any residue. Total thickness is 7.6 mil. They are ideal for use in the wave soldering process to mask sensitive components and high temperature paint operations. They can withstand molten solder for 5-8 seconds at 500° F. These tapes may serve as high temperature masking tapes.
